Being an active part of the community she calls home is exceptionally important to Diane. Helping weave the unique fabric of a city is her ultimate design project. Through the years Diane has served on many charitable boards and community organizations, happy to lend her knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of life for her neighbors. After living in a resort town for more than 26 years, Diane understands the fragile balance between locals and tourists. She also knows how to market an area’s distinct attributes to entice more visitors and ultimately more tourism dollars while preserving the quality of life for residents. Diane’s drive for constant improvement has benefited every neighborhood and community she has ever lived. Her enthusiasm for the areas she now owns homes in resonates with every person she meets.

Grassroots member of the weekly street fair that began in 1991, and continues today as one of California’s premier village markets with thousands of people attending year-round from all over the world.



Walking Tour of the Palm Springs Village Inns

Conceptualized and developed the event that is now an annual favorite for locals and tourists.



Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce Vice President

Responsible for the organization of special events for the Chamber and the City of Palm Springs.



Hospitality Community Commissioner

Member of the Palm Springs City Council's advisory board on tourism. Instrumental in purchasing and developing the Palm Springs Visitor Center.

Instrumental in developing sign ordinances and parking programs for the downtown area.
